Vinification technique : 30% pressing with crops, 70% cold maceration with skin contact for 8-10 hours depending on vintage.
Aging : 80% steel with aging on the lees, 20% 300 liters French oak
Organoleptic properties : originally a Greek variety, specifically Peloponnesian plains. Grows well in our areas of Friuli. A straw yellow with slight green reflections. On the nose it presents itself with lemon and mineral notes. Harmonious with a dry and pleasant finish.
Pairings : Ideal for all hours of the day especially if served fresh. To be combined with Montasio cheese, frico with polenta and crustaceans.
